What does “peptide-backed” mean?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids and a common cosmetic ingredient. “Peptide-backed” is how we describe skincare built around them. Full ingredient lists appear on each product page.
Will your products suit sensitive skin?
Our products are designed for gentle, daily use, but every skin is different. We recommend testing any new product on a small area first, and speaking to a professional if you have a skin condition.
How do I do a patch test?
Apply a small amount to a discreet area, such as the inner forearm or behind the ear, and wait 24 hours. If you notice any redness, itching or irritation, don’t use the product.
Can I use NUULA with my current routine?
Most people can. We suggest introducing one new product at a time so you can see how your skin feels with it.
How should I store my products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and close the lid or cap after each use.
