This website is operated by NUULA. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before you order.

1. Using our site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as we can, but colors and packaging can look slightly different on different screens. Our products are cosmetics. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Results and how skin or hair feels vary from person to person. Read the ingredient list before use, patch test first, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and our payment partners. We do not store your full card details. If we make a pricing or listing error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and we will refund any payment taken for an order we cancel.

5. Discount codes

Discount codes, including welcome offers, are one use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the NUULA name, logo, text and images, belongs to NUULA or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NUULA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order involved. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its date, applies to your use of the site.
