Shipping rates Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address, and is shown before you pay. Please check the total on the checkout page before completing your order. Delivery times Most orders arrive within 4 to 8 business days of being placed. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during busy periods or because of carrier delays outside our control. Order confirmation and tracking You will receive an order confirmation by email right after you order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is on its way. If you have not received tracking within a few business days, contact us and we will look into it. Shipping address Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships. Damaged, missing or lost orders If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or has not arrived within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery window, email productshop.support@gmail.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo.
