30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love your NUULA products. If they are not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the price you paid for the products in your order. Original shipping charges are not refunded, and return shipping is paid by you.

How to request a refund

1. Email productshop.support@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the name of the product.
2. We will reply with the next steps. Depending on the product and the reason, we may refund you directly or ask you to send the product back, and we will tell you how.
3. Once your refund is approved, it is sent to your original payment method. Banks and card issuers can take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order for a full refund as long as it has not shipped. Email us as soon as you can with your order number.

Skin and hair sensitivity

Every skin is different. Patch test before first use. If a product irritates your skin or hair, stop using it and contact us, and see a healthcare professional if the reaction is serious.
